I forgot my SimplePrints password – how do I reset it?

We’re sorry you’re having trouble logging in. You may tap the Password Reset link in the app or use the following link in your web browser to request a password reset email:  https://getsimpleprints.com/password_reset/

Please be sure to enter the email address you used when you originally registered with SimplePrints and check your spam folder for our email. Also, keep in mind that if you signed up through Apple or Google Sign-In, you will not receive a password reset email. If you don’t receive the email within an hour and didn’t sign up through Apple or Google Sign-In, please contact our customer support team at hello@simpleprints.com for further assistance.
