Why is my SimplePrints order listed as a recurring charge on my statement?
We do not charge recurring payments under any circumstances – you will only be charged again if you open the app and place a new order. In order to make future payments easier, our payment processor Stripe may mark your payment as recurring. This is because our payment processor cannot store your CVV number. In order for them to store your payment information so you can quickly and easily checkout without needing to re-enter all your payment details, they mark the charge as recurring so that your bank will approve subsequent charges without the CVV number.
