Why don’t I see my refund on my statement?
It may take up to 5-10 business days after a refund has been submitted for your card issuer to process it, depending on the bank's policies. If a refund is issued shortly after the original charge, it may appear in the form of a reversal, instead. In the case of a reversal, the original charge will drop off of your statement, and a separate credit will not be issued.
