How do I place an order for my photo book?

On iOS:

After you’ve finished creating your book, tap Preview to begin the checkout process. Please take a moment to review the preview and then tap Add to Cart . If you need to change the book size or paper type, add a gift box, or change the quantity, you may do so on the Cart screen. When you are ready to complete the checkout process, tap Continue to Checkout . The Checkout screen allows you to add the delivery address, select a shipping method, edit your payment information, and enter a promo code. A breakdown of your total cost will also be displayed on this page. Once you’ve entered all the information, tap Place Order to submit payment and complete your purchase. We’ll send you a confirmation email to your registered email address with all your order information.

Please take a moment to review your shipping address and the preview link in the email we send. If you notice any mistakes or need to make a last-minute edit to your project, you can click the link in your confirmation email to place your order on hold within 2 hours after your order was placed. For all other issues, including address changes, you can contact us at hello@simpleprints.com. Please note: Placing your order on hold may affect the estimated delivery date given in the app.

On Android:

After you’ve finished creating your book, we recommend taking a moment to review your project to make sure everything looks the way you want it. To preview your book, tap the 3 black dots on the top right of the screen and then tap Preview . When you are finished previewing your book, tap the Back Arrow button to return to the project and make any edits, if needed. When your project is ready, tap the Blue Arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen, and select the book size, book type, and paper type you would like. Tap Next to continue to the Checkout screen. The Checkout screen allows you to add the delivery address, select a shipping method, edit your payment information, and enter a promo code. If you need to change the book size or paper type, add a gift box, or change the quantity, you may do so on the Checkout screen. A breakdown of your total cost will also be displayed on this page. Once you’ve entered & reviewed all the information, tap Place Order to submit payment and complete your purchase. We’ll send you a confirmation email to your registered email address with all your order information.

Please note: Gift packaging and paper upgrades are unavailable for seamless layflat photo books and mini photo books.
