Can I make changes to my SimplePrints project after I place my order?

We are happy to accommodate changes to your order when possible, however, we maintain a very quick turnaround time in order to honor our expected delivery times. If you notice any mistakes or need to make a last-minute edit to your project, you can click the link in your confirmation email to place your order on hold within 2 hours after your order was placed. For all other issues, including address changes, you can contact us at hello@simpleprints.com. Please note: Placing your order on hold may affect the estimated delivery date given in the app. Additionally, any edits made without notifying customer service may not be included in the final product.
