Can I make changes to my SimplePrints project after I place my order?

Please note: Placing your order on hold may affect the estimated delivery date given in the app. Additionally, any edits made without using our self-service hold for edits options or contacting Customer Service may not be included in the final product.

We are happy to accommodate changes to your order when possible, however, we maintain a very quick turnaround time in order to honor our expected delivery times. 
If you notice any mistakes or need to make a last-minute edit to your project, you can place your order on hold within 2 hours of placing your order using the link in your confirmation email or directly in our app! For all other issues, including address changes, please contact us at hello@simpleprints.com.

Using Your Confirmation Email

  1. Tap click here in your order confirmation email, as shown below.

  2. If your order can be placed on hold, you will see the below confirmation with your order number.

  3. If your order cannot be placed on hold, you will see the below confirmation instead.

In the SimplePrints App

  1. Open the SimplePrints App and tap on Account .
  2. Tap on Orders .
  3. Find the order that you'd like to place on hold and tap on the order.
  4. Tap Hold for Edits .
  5. If your order can be placed on hold, you will see the below confirmation with your order number.
