My order status still says it’s pending after 24 hours?

If the status of your order has not been updated from Placed to In Progress after 1 full business day, please contact our support team at hello@simpleprints.com as soon as possible. There may be a problem with your project that we have attempted to contact you about, which has required us to place your order on hold.
