Where can I find the status of my order?

After placing your order, you may return to the app and check the status of your order at any time. To do this, please follow the instructions below: 

On iOS:

Tap on Projects and toggle to the Purchased tab. Next to your project, tap on the Order Details button. This is where you may find your order status, tracking information, price breakdown, shipping address, and other pertinent information concerning your SimplePrints order. You may also check a list of your orders and access the Order Details page at any time by tapping Account at the bottom of the screen.

On Android:

Tap the three dots next to your project and tap the Order Status button. This is where you may find your order status, tracking information, price breakdown, shipping address, and other pertinent information concerning your SimplePrints order.
