Why can't I add more photos to my project?

We're sorry that you're having trouble. If you are unable to add more photos after initially picking and uploading your images or you are only able to view photos already added to your project in our image picker, it is likely you have not given our app permission to access all your photos. Apple recently added a new option to only give permission for apps to access already selected photos - if you choose this after uploading your photos, we won't be able to access any of the other photos stored on your device.

This is easy to correct! Simply open the 'Settings' app on your device, scroll down to 'SimplePrints', tap 'Photos', and make sure you have 'All Photos' selected.
