[Web] Can I use SimplePrints on both the web version and mobile app?

While you can access the same SimplePrints account on both the SimplePrints iOS mobile app and SimplePrints Web, we do not recommend editing the same project on multiple devices or browser tabs at the same time.

⚠️ Important:

Both the SimplePrints app and SimplePrints Web automatically save your changes as you work. If the same project is open in more than one place, each instance may attempt to save changes simultaneously, which can result in:

• Missing changes
• Duplicated pages
• Unexpected page layouts
• Syncing conflicts or other project issues

For the best experience:

• Finish editing on one device before opening the project on another
• Close the project on one device before continuing on another
• Allow time for recent changes to sync before switching devices
• Make sure you are connected to the internet while editing

• Currently, only photo books, metal prints, desk prints, & wall calendars are supported on SimplePrints Web.
