Auto-Archive Feature
What is Auto-Archive?
Auto-Archive helps keep your Projects tab organized by automatically moving older projects into your Archived section once you reach the active project limit (currently set at 10).
How does Auto-Archive work?
Each account can have up to 10 active projects at a time.
When you create more than 10 projects, your oldest projects will be automatically archived.
Archived projects are not deleted. They are simply removed from your main Projects tab to help improve app performance.
Where can I find my archived projects?
You can view your archived projects by navigating to the Archived folder in your Projects tab (similar to how you would manually view archived projects).
From there, you may restore or delete projects as needed.
Can I restore an archived project?
Yes! You can restore an archived project at any time.
Please Note: If you already have 10 active projects, restoring a project will cause the next available, oldest project to be automatically archived.
Will my projects be deleted?
No! Auto-Archive does not delete your projects.
All projects are safely stored and can be accessed or restored at any time.
Why did my project disappear?
If a project is no longer visible in your Projects tab, it was likely auto-archived after exceeding the 10 active project limit. You can find it by toggling to Archived from the Projects tab.
Can I turn Auto-Archive off?
Auto-Archive is automatically applied and cannot be turned off from the app. If you would like to opt out, please contact us at hello@simpleprints.com. However, we do recommend keeping your older active projects and purchases to no more than 10 for optimal app performance.
Additional Notes
- Auto-Archive always archives the oldest projects first.
- This feature helps keep the app running smoothly, and your Projects tab easier to manage.
