Can I drag photos onto the cover of my photo book?

Due to potential formatting incompatibilities, photos may not be dragged to a photo book’s front or back cover in Book View. Likewise, photos cannot be dragged from a cover page to an interior page or from one cover to another. To add, remove, or edit a photo on your front or back cover, please tap on the page to open the page editor.
