How do I add or change a saved credit card?

For iOS:

To Add a Credit Card:

You may add a new credit card by tapping on the Account tab in the menu at the bottom of the screen, tapping on Payment Method, tapping +Add New Card, entering your credit card information, and then tapping Done.

To Edit/Remove a Credit Card:

Currently, there is no function to edit, review, or remove a credit card in the SimplePrints app for iOS. If you need to delete an outdated credit card, please contact us at hello@simpleprints.com and we will be happy to remove the payment details on our end.

For Android:

To Add a Credit Card:

Once you reach the Checkout page, tap on Enter Credit Card under Payment Information, tap +Add new card, enter payment details, and then tap the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner.

To Edit/Remove a Credit Card:

Please Note: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the card charged on an order.
