[Web] I can’t log in
If you're having trouble logging into SimplePrints Web Editor, it is usually due to one of the following:
Make sure you're using the correct login method
You must log in using the same method you used when creating your account:
- Email address + password
- Log in with Apple ID
- Log in with Google
Important: If you originally signed up using Apple ID or Google, you must login using Apple ID or Google Log-In to access your account.
Forgot your password?
If you're using email + password and can't remember your password:
- Click Forgot Password? on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Link
If the email matches an existing account, you’ll receive a password reset link.

Still can’t log in?
Make sure:
- You are using the correct email address
- You are selecting the correct login method (Apple/Google vs email/password)
- You are checking your spam/junk folder for reset emails
