[Web] I can’t log in

If you're having trouble logging into SimplePrints Web, it is usually due to one of the following:

1. Make sure you're using the correct login method

You must log in using the same method you used when creating your account:

• Email address + password
• Log in with Google

Important: If you originally signed up using Google, you must continue using Google Log-In to access your account.

2. Apple Log-In accounts

If your account was created using Apple Log In, please note:

• Apple Log-In is not currently available on SimplePrints Web
• You will need to access your account through the SimplePrints iOS mobile app

If needed, our support team can temporarily convert your account to an email + password login so you can access SimplePrints Web. Once Apple Log-In becomes available on Web, you can switch back at any time.

3. Forgot your password?

If you're using email + password and can't remember your password:

1. Click Forgot Password? on the login screen
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Send Reset Link

If the email matches an existing account, you’ll receive a password reset link.

4. Still can’t log in?

Make sure:

• You are using the correct email address
• You are selecting the correct login method (Google vs email/password)
• You are checking your spam/junk folder for reset emails
