[Web] How to add, remove, or rearrange pages

Moving pages, rearranging or reversing pages, and deleting multiple pages can be managed from Book View or the Edit menu.

We've included directions below on how to use both methods, depending on what works best for your project.

To add a new row of blank pages

From Book View:

1. Click the + icon between existing rows of pages

Each row adds a two-page spread (left and right page).

Delete Pages or Rearrange (move) Pages directly in Book View

Option 1:

This method is best for smaller adjustments.

To rearrange pages (drag-and-drop):

1. Open your project and navigate to Book View
2. Press and hold on a page
3. Drag it to your desired position
4. Release to drop it into place

The other pages will all move either forward or backward in your book to make room for the repositioned page.

To delete a page:

1. Click on the X in the corner of the page to remove it from your album.

Delete Multiple Pages, Rearrange (move) Pages, or Reverse Pages in Edit mode

Option 2:

This method can be more efficient for larger changes, like moving a page from the beginning of the book to the end, deleting multiple pages, etc.

Open your project, and from the Book View, click Edit at the top of the screen.

To move a page:

1. In Edit mode, click the page number field & enter the new page number where you'd like the page to be moved Ex1
2. Click the blue checkmark ✔️ to save the edits
3. Click the blue Apply Changes button to apply the changes and return to Book View Ex2

To reverse your entire page order:

1. In Edit mode, click the Reverse Order button at the top of the screen. Your book pages will automatically reverse
2. Click it again to return it to its original order
3. Click the blue Apply Changes button to apply the changes and return to Book View Ex2

To delete multiple pages at once:

1. In Edit mode, choose the pages you want to remove by tapping the red box in the corner
2. Tap Apply Changes.

To delete ALL pages:

1. In Edit mode, tap Delete All
2. Tap Apply Changes.
