[Web] How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the SimplePrints Web login screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your SimplePrints account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- If the email address matches an existing account, we'll send you instructions for resetting your password.
Important: If you created your SimplePrints account using Google Log In or Apple ID Log In, you may need to manage your password through Google or Apple rather than resetting it through SimplePrints.
Change your password while logged in
If you're already signed in and would like to update your password:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Account.
- Under Sign In & Security, click Reset Password.
- A Password Reset email will be sent to the registered email address.
- Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.
Tip: If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
