How do I move, reverse, or delete multiple pages?

With the latest version of SimplePrints 6.37.2, moving pages, reversing pages, or deleting multiple pages can also be managed from the Edit menu.

We've included directions below on how to use both methods, depending on what works best for your project:

Option 1: Rearrange (move) or Delete Pages directly in Book View:

This method is best for smaller adjustments.

To rearrange pages (drag-and-drop):

1. Open your project and navigate to Book View
2. Press and hold on a page
3. Drag it to your desired position
4. Release to drop it into place

The other pages will all move either forward or backward in your book to make room for the repositioned page.

To delete a page:

1. Tap on the X   in the corner of the page to remove it from your album.

To delete an image on a page:

1. Tap on the page to enter Page View
2. Tap the image
3. Tap Remove image

Option 2: Delete Multiple Pages, Rearrange (move) Pages, & Reverse Pages in Edit Menu

Available on SimplePrints v 6.37.2+

This method can be more efficient for larger changes, like moving a page from the beginning of the book to the end.

Open your project, and from the Book View, tap Edit at the top of the screen.

To move a page:

1. Tap the page number field & enter the new page number where you'd like the page to be moved Ex1
2. Tap the blue checkmark ✔️ to save the edits
3. Tap the blue Apply Changes button to apply the changes and return to Book View Ex2

To reverse your entire page order:

1. Tap the Reverse Order button at the top of the screen. Your book pages will automatically reverse
2. Tap it again to return it to its original order

To delete multiple pages at once:

1. Choose the pages you want to remove by tapping the red box in the corner
2. Tap Apply Changes. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm the changes
3. Tap Yes or No

To delete ALL pages:

1. Tap Delete All
2. Tap Apply Changes. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm the changes
3. Tap Yes or No.

Tip:

Drag-and-drop is great for quick, visual adjustments, while entering page numbers is helpful when making bigger changes (like moving a page from the beginning of your book to the end).
