I didn't enter my promo code at checkout.
Promo codes must be entered during checkout in order to be applied to an order. If you had trouble using your code or were otherwise unable to enter it at checkout, please email our support team at hello@simpleprints.com as soon as possible after your purchase and include both the order number and the code you were trying to use so we may look into it and manually apply the discount, if possible.
Please note that we do not accept promotional codes from competitors, cannot offer exceptions to the terms of a promotion, and cannot provide discount codes upon request via email.
