How will my canvas be shipped and when will I receive it?

Once your order has finished printing, it will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 8 business days for recipients within the United States. International shipments typically arrive within 11 business days but may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship due to possible delays in customs. Recipients in Canada typically receive their order within 12 business days.

If you need your order more quickly, we offer Expedited and Rush shipping options for orders shipping to the United States and Canada. Rush shipping is available worldwide as well. Estimated arrival dates are available on the Checkout page at the time of purchase.

We will send you a confirmation email once your SimplePrints order has shipped, including a tracking number for the package, if one is available.
