What does the red exclamation mark on my photos mean?

Our low resolution image detector flags photos that are low resolution and will not produce a good print. Low resolution photos can be caused by taking photos with a low-quality camera, compression from saving or using storage optimization settings on your device, or from taking screenshots of an image.

We can still print your project even if it has low resolution photos, but we do recommend selecting a higher resolution photo for best results. You may also be able to improve your photos' appearance in print by using collages to reduce the image size in print.

You may view our photo size recommendations here.
